    In this case, a secure payment will be processed either by Card (Visa, Master-card, RuPay and Maestro), Net-banking, Wallet (Mobikwik & more), UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe & more) and Direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/Wire Transfer)

    Registration is available until:
    • 20 Sep 2024 23:59 Indian Standard Time (1ST), subject to availability of seats by this date.
    • On-spot registration would be done only subject to availability of seats for the congress and workshop.
    • Registration fees are non-transferable to another party, program, or to dues.
    Conference admission
    Admission is by badge only. A precise badge policy has been implemented specifying the rules of admittance to the different areas of the congress, complying with the criteria required by the organisation committee. According to each badge type, a full or partial access is issued.

      Once your online registration is completed, you will get a performa document bearing our bank details and an online order ID. Money has to reach our account within the 72 following hours. Your registration will only be validated then. Be careful: if money does not reach our bank account within the requested 72 following hours, the registration will be cancelled and you will have to redo the whole process again.
    General:
    • Registration does not include such things as travel and accommodation. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation.
    • Registering for a special event secures a space for you at the event, subject to over booking. Unless an additional participation fee is specifically noted in the registration system, any meals provided at the event are included in the congress registration fee.
    • Online registration more than 5 weeks prior to Congress is strongly encouraged. While every effort is made to anticipate onsite registrations, there is no guarantee of space availability, nor the availability of distributed congress materials for onsite registrants. In this case, participation/materials are allocated on a first-come, first served basis, with priority being given to registrants for the full conference.
    • Registrations will not be entered into the system and considered valid until payment in full has been received by the RECOGYN office. In the case of registrations where payment is made by NEFT/RTGS, the RECOGYN office MUST receive payment within 10 working days after submission of the registration for it to be accepted into the registration system as submitted and participation in events secured. Should payment not be received within the prescribed time period, the registration will be nullified and bookings in events opened up to other delegates. In the case of registrations received at the early rates but nullified after the early rate is no longer available, the delegate will be required to register at the regular conference rate.

    CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

    Registration cancellation
    • Cancellation must be made in writing. An e-mail request at info@recogyn.com must be sent to initiate cancellation as per terms.
    • Cancellation requests received ON or BEFORE May 31, 2024: 50% of the registration fees will be refunded after deduction of necessary taxes.
    • Cancellation requests received ON or AFTER Jun 01, 2024: there will be no refund.
    • Refunds will be sent by cheque, and cannot be applied back to credit cards or UPI. If payment was made or reimbursed by an institution, organisation, or business, it is the responsibility of the Registrant to ensure funds are made out to and mailed to the appropriate entity.
    • Refunds will only be given for conference fees after deduction of nominal administrative charges. Itemised fees for special events, workshops, meetings, extra banquet tickets (for accompanying guest/s), or other add-ons at the conference will be non-refundable, unless they have a separately published in refund procedure.
    • There will be no refunds granted for registrants who do not meet the conditions outlined above.
    • Delegates who do not attend meals, receptions, or coffee breaks included in the registration fee will not receive a refund equivalent to the cost of the meal.
    • There will be no refunds on the banquet or other special event tickets, although the Secretariat might be able to assist you in selling your ticket by maintaining a waiting list should the event sell out.
    • No Refund would be initiated for ‘No Show’ in the conference or workshop.
    • Refund request once received would be sent a form to fill and all this communication must be through registered e-mail only.
    • Refunds are strictly basis written requests received from and to the designated e-mail id’s ONLY. In such cases, an account, business verification can be requested before proceeding for refunds.
    • Refund requests to be received until May 31, 2024 only; no request of refund after this time window would be honoured.
    • Refund will be initiated within 45 days of conference end date i.e. within 45 days after successful completion of RECOGYN conference scheduled on 27-28-29 Sep 2024.
    Program modification
    Please note that while speakers, exhibitions and sessions were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations. As such, RECOGYN reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers, exhibitions and sessions if necessary, without liability. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our portal as soon as possible.

    Limitation of liability- Force majeure RECOGYN shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event the congress is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed OR changed into another format as a result of a “Force Majeure” event beyond its reasonable control. For the purposes of this clause, Force Majeure events shall include, but not limited to general and labor strikes, invasions, hostilities, war, rioting or similar situations, health emergencies, acts of Indian government or state such as lockdown and quarantine measures, immigration and transport or on site restrictions, and acts of nature such as fires, floods, extreme weather or other emergency.
    • If RECOGYN determines that the congress needs to be rescheduled or postponed or cancelled as a result of a Force Majeure event, registration remains binding and the participant will be entitled to participate in the rescheduled congress without any further refund right.
    • RECOGYN shall assume no further obligation to refund any travel or accommodation expenses incurred by the participant in case the event is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed as a result of a Force Majeure event.
    • If the participant is not able to assist to the congress as a result of Force Majeure event, general cancellation policies rules as set above will apply.
    Governing law The construction, validity and performance of the present terms are exclusively governed by the laws of HARYANA. INDIA without reference or regard to principles of conflicts of law. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of HARYANA. INDIA
